Color Coffee Roasters grew from a home-roasting project into a third-wave specialty coffee company in Eagle, Colorado. Its flagship café opened in 2016, establishing the company in the Vail Valley and Rocky Mountain coffee community.

The current range includes rotating single-origin coffees, seasonal and premium blends, espresso-focused offerings, decaf and darker-roasted coffees such as Eclipse and Zenith Dark.

The company operates one public flagship café and roastery in Eagle, serving espresso drinks, brewed coffee, food, pastries, beer and wine. Color also supplies cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices and retailers in Colorado and elsewhere in the United States, with training and coffee-program support available to wholesale partners.
