The Plastic-Free Brewer is an 8-cup automatic drip coffee maker designed so no plastic or aluminum ever contacts the water or coffee. Its brew path uses 304 stainless steel, borosilicate glass and medical-grade silicone, with brewing temperatures of 195–205°F and an automatic bloom cycle for pre-infusion. It brews a 40 oz full pot in about six minutes and has removable dishwasher-safe parts for easier cleaning.
